Aline Turner was born on October 6, 1946, and passed away on October 10, 2026, in Kinder, Louisiana, at the age of 80.

She was a believer in Christ, a member of Dry Creek Bible Church, and a longtime member of Green Oak Bible Church.

She loved the great outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, gardening, and working in her yard. She treasured time with her grandchildren. Outgoing and friendly, she never met a stranger and truly enjoyed being around people.

Aline had a generous heart and enjoyed making angels from plastic canvas to give to others.

Aline is survived by her children, Jessie Kemp and his wife, Glenda, and Thomas Kemp and his wife, Linda; her grandchildren, Keri Elizabeth Kemp, Kailey Dawn Tucker, Trinity Herrera and her husband, Clayton, Brandi Brickey and her husband, Jeff, Dylan Edwards and his wife, Nichole, Ciara Edwards and her significant other, Alex Woolard, and William Edwards Jr. and his significant other, Tori; nine great-grandchildren; and her brother, Leonard Wayne Turner.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lenard and Iveral Turner; her daughter, Carol Ann Edwards; her granddaughter, Amber Nichole Kemp; her siblings, Joseph "Little Joe" Turner and Betty Ruth Dodd; and her sister-in-law, Tami Jo Turner.

Aline was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 17th, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Dry Creek Bible Church 8341 LA-113 Dry Creek, Louisiana.
